The North Carolina Collaborative for Mathematics Learning (NC²ML) aims to support NC math educators in implementing the revised mathematics content standards in ways that align with what we know from research on students’ mathematical thinking, mathematics teaching, and teacher learning. To do so, we have co-designed research-based professional learning resources focused on content and pedagogy.

Unpacking the NC High School Standards

This page includes resources that might be useful for any prospective teacher who is looking to understand the NC Math 1, 2, or 3 Standards for planning purposes. Included are resources that explain how they are situated both horizontally and vertically as well as the details within.
